Raise a Request

This could occur if the payment gateway is still holding your funds and they have not been credited to the company account. Do not worry; as soon as the funds are credited to the company account, your account will be created and you will be notified via email. Otherwise, the payment gateway will refund your funds in accordance with their policies.

This may occur if your funds are held by the payment gateway/bank. The refund will be processed in accordance with the banks/payment gateways policies and procedures.
